Panthers were beaten 6-2 by Guildford Flames at the Motorpoint Arena.Despite the defeat, Panthers will go into Christmas top of the Elite League table. There’s a three-way tie with Sheffield Steelers and Cardiff Devils on 34 points but Panthers have more regulation-time wins.
Jason Grande started between the pipes with Kevin Carr as backup, while Luca Sheldon was healthy scratch.
