Outgoing landlord's plea after five pub break-ins in single weekend

AN outgoing pub landlord has appealed for help after five break-ins in one weekend.

The burglaries resulted in the theft of more than £20,000-worth of cooking equipment, television sets and other pub essentials.
Rahul Savji, owner of Wilford’s Emerald Inn, said that he was enjoying a cricket match on July 4 when he heard that the premises had been broken into, twice in the same day.
