More changes on Maid Marian Way after NCP deal?

NOTTINGHAM City Council could "reconfigure" another section of a major road as the demolition of an NCP car park moves a step closer.
The Labour-run council has officially approved ending NCP's lease on the Maid Marian Way Car Park as part of the Broad Marsh redevelopment.
Homes England was recently confirmed as the buyer of the Broad Marsh site and, as well as the NCP car park, it has also bought Severns House and a former college building on Maid Marian Way.
The city council published a report late on Monday confirming it had now approved terminating NCP's lease.
The council says commercially sensitive talks have been held with NCP over how much money they are entitled to. The exact figure has not been confirmed, but the council says it is between £100,000 and £300,000.
