Injured Dominguez ‘out for four months’ after knee surgery

NOTTINGHAM Forest midfielder Nicolas Dominguez is reportedly facing a significant spell on the sidelines as he recovers from a knee injury.

The 26-year-old was forced off in the second half of the Reds' final-day defeat to Chelsea at the City Ground last month. A challenge by Noni Madueke left Dominguez requiring treatment on the pitch and he had to be supported by Forest medical staff when he limped off in the 68th minute.
The Argentine had been due to link up with his national team this month for two World Cup qualifiers.
However, according to reports in his homeland, he has been ruled out after undergoing surgery.
