IF anyone knows the benefits of being outdoors, it's actress Georgie-May Tearle.
A simple daily stroll became a lifeline after a breast cancer diagnosis at just 29. When chemotherapy left her feeling dreadfully sick, it was one of the few activities that brought relief.
And despite the fatigue caused by her treatment, she made the heroic effort to pick up litter when she was walking, determined it wouldn't blight the streets and green spaces that were proving so vital to her recovery.
