Gaps to fill still for Reds before window is closed

NUNO KEEN TO ADDRESS THREE AREAS IN HIS SIDE
IT has the makings of being a busy end to the summer window for Nottingham Forest as transfer deadline day approaches.
The Reds have overseen plenty of good business already as they have worked to strengthen Nuno Espirito Santo's squad. But they still have a few gaps left to fill in order to ensure the head coach has strength in depth across the pitch for the challenges ahead.
Nuno hit out at the slow pace of the club's transfer business prior to the start of the campaign. Pointing to the 'unbalanced' nature of his dressing room, he said: "We lost a very good opportunity to do things better."
For Nuno, the ideal scenario would have been to have the bulk of additions in early. He views preseason as important for integrating new faces.
Forest did announce a flurry of signings following the Portuguese's outspoken comments. Omari Hutchinson, James McAtee and Douglas Luiz all arrived to take the tally of summer recruits up to eight.
But the club still have some work left to do.
