Empty shops to become cafe bakery and owner hopes to make it a chain

TWO empty shops have been knocked through to create a new bakery and cafe.
-
The venue in High Road, Beeston, will have more than 70 seats.
Called :AM Coffee and Bakery, it will serve breakfasts such as avocado and smoked salmon on toast, pastries and sandwiches made from focaccia, freshly baked on the premises.
Desserts will be on the menu and a wide range of drinks including iced coffees with matcha and caramel latte.
