Black is the new orange as 'Intu-era' signs to finally go

NOTTINGHAM'S Victoria Centre is set to get new signs as part of a “comprehensive rebranding”.

The shopping centre, which was previously owned by Intu, has been part of shopping centre group SGS Group since 2020.
SGS has now been given permission to put up new signs reflecting the change in ownership.
“The signage as proposed is appropriate in terms of its scale and position to the character and appearance of the building and would be in proportion with existing signage on the Victoria Centre," a planner for Nottingham City Council, which approved the application in late October, said.
Until this point the Victoria Centre has been mostly unchanged apart from some of the old Intu logo signs being removed.
