WHILE it delights my dopamine levels, the arrival of autumn fashion trends generally spells bad news for my bank balance. I have had my annual drool over the September issue of Vogue (yes I still buy the ACTUAL magazine!), while the high street lookbooks have me swooning.
From heritage tweeds and oversized masculine tailoring to Seventies-style suede and frills, lace, chocolate and burgundy, so many of this season's big fashion stories feel like they have been written especially for me.
Here, personal stylists talk us through four of the most wearable trends this autumn, while I pick out my own favourite high street take on each...
