Khaitan said it has "consciously" pivoted towards hiring a majority of fresh talent through the PPO route. Nishith Desai Associates has offered PPOs worth Rs 25 lakh to more than 40 candidates who will graduate in 2026.
Currently, students at Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) are offered packages in the range of ₹18 lakh to ₹25 lakh.
