Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw graced the two-day Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC), which is centered on the theme 'Regional Aspirations, Global Ambitions'

Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the first Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) of North Gujarat, held at Ganpat University in Mehsana, on Thursday.
Union Minister for Railways, Information and Broadcasting, Electronics and IT, Ashwini Vaishnaw graced the occasion along with Gujarat's Finance Minister Kanubhai Desai, Health Minister Rushikesh Patel, Industries Minister Balvantsinh Rajput, Agriculture Minister Raghavji Patel, Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghavi, as well as leading industrialists, ambassadors of various countries, and representatives of global organisations.
The CM, in his inaugural speech, stated that the goals of 'Vocal for Local and Local for Global' set by Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be realised through such regional conferences. He added that the PM's vision to boost indigenous products for an Atmanirhar Bharat offers local industries the opportunity to participate, while these conferences act as a platform to showcase regional capabilities globally.
