Amber picks 60% stake in Ascent Circuits

Amber Enterprises India Ltd, a homegrown a diversified B2B electronic manufacturing services provider, said on Wednesday that it has signed an agreement to acquire a 60% stake in Ascent Circuits Pvt. Ltd.

The acquisition has been affected through ILJIN Electronics, a part of Amber Group company, it said in a statement. Amber Group, however, didn't disclose at what valuation it is acquiring the majority stake.
"Acquisition of majority stake in the equity share capital of Ascent will be done at a mutually agreed pre-money enterprises valuation and will be disclosed separately post-closing," Amber said in a filing with BSE.
