Many of these new titles are centered on mythology to tap collective heritage and engage Gen Z audiences with what they may have heard of within families and communities.
While Collective Artists Network, a new media company, has launched a 600-episode microdrama version of the Mahabharata, filmmaker Ram Madhvani has announced a mythological virtual reality universe with the first short film being an AI adaptation of the Bhagavad Gita.
