Studds Accessories files IPO papers

Helmets manufacturer Studds Accessories has filed preliminary papers with capital markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to float an initial public offering (IPO).

This marks the company's second attempt to go public. Previously, the company had filed draft papers nearly seven years ago.
