For the past few years, PNB Housing Finance had been grappling with slower growth and elevated non-performing assets (NPAs) in its commercial loan portfolio. With asset quality in check and growth back on track in FY25 led by retail loans, the housing financier has shifted focus to profitability and margin maximization in FY26.
