Advanced 5G roaming from Jio, T-Mobile soon

Mobile users flitting between India and the US often experience internet slowdown and complain about losing some premium features embedded in data plans when abroad.
These irritants may soon be a thing of the past, with T-Mobile of the US and Reliance Jio teaming up to launch a global roaming system using the latest and fastest 5G technology.
“We will be announcing the first global standalone (SA) roaming right on the 5G with Jio in a few weeks, and that’s where the customers benefit a lot,” Ankur Kapoor, chief network officer at T-Mobile said.
