After a slow start in the first half of the year, the industry gained momentum in the latter half. Looking ahead to 2025, this positive trend is expected to continue, with an average 20% increase in demand for roles such as application developers, software engineers, DevOps engineers, and experts in AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
