Ayala Land unveils the Rising South's new dynamic growth district

There are moments in real estate when you step back, look at the land before you, and realize you are witnessing something rare like the birth of an entirely new business district. Not a mere expansion, not an incremental upgrade, but the shaping of a future center of gravity for an entire region. Metro Nuvali is that moment.

Last month, Ayala Land introduced Metro Nuvali, a 200-hectare central business district destined to become Calabarzon's defining address for enterprise, culture, and elevated everyday life. What once began as a pioneering eco-community in Laguna is now stepping into its next chapter as the South's most ambitious mixed-use metropolis.

At the launch, Meann Dy, Ayala Land president; Mariana Zobel de Ayala, Ayala Land SVP and head of Leasing and Hospitality; Laguna Mayor Arlene Arcilla; Chris Maglanoc, Ayala Land Estates group head; and Paul Birkett, Ayala Malls CEO, led the groundbreaking ceremony.
