Sta. Lucia Land and 1 Premiere Land turned over donated lot in Sta. Monica Lake Residences Manaoag, Pangasinan

Leading Philippine real estate developer Sta. Lucia Land and its exclusive marketing arm 1 Premiere Land Marketing Company held a ceremonial turnover event last July 2025 in one of its properties, the Sta. Monica Lake Residences.

The said event was held to formally transfer ownership and control of a donated lot within the property to the local government of Manaoag, Pangasinan. Additionally, the donated lot will serve as the location for a three-story building to be used as a local head quarter of the Manaoag police force.

As part of the event, a ceremonial signing of the Deed of Donation was conducted and was led by the top executives and key personnel from all parties. The main signatories for the affair included Sta. Lucia Land President Mr. Exequiel Robles who was accompanied by 1 Premiere Land Marketing Company President Mr. Augustine Cayayab Jr. and Vice President Ms. Ellen Dimaculangan.

Also in attendance was Hind Sugar Company Inc. Mr. Jose De Venecia III who is the developer's joint venture partner for Sta. Monica Lake Residences.
