Sotto against House arrest for sacked DPWH engineers

If it were up to him, Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto III said he wouldn't place sacked Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bulacan 1st District R=Engineering Office engineers Henry Alcantara, Brice Hernandez, and Jaypee Mendoza under house arrest.
"This is just my take, I'm not in favor)," he said in an interview on DWIZ on Saturday, Oct. 18.
