SC confirms death threats vs Pasig City RTC judges

The Supreme Court (SC) yesterday confirmed that the Pasig City Regional Trial Courts (RTCs) received email messages containing death threats against two judges last Wednesday morning, July 16.
One of the email messages received at 8:48 a.m. stated: “Mag-ingat ang mga judges ng Pasig Hall of Justice ngayong July 16 mayroong dalawa sa kanila ang babarilin sa kalagitnaan ng hearing. Maging mapagmatyag mga hukom ang target naming ngayong araw.”
(Be careful judges at the Pasig Hall of Justice today July 16 there are two of them who will be shot in the middle of the hearings. The target judges should be observant and careful today)
Another message stated: “Nakapwesto na ang mga gunman. Wag magbakasakali. Lumikas na agad.”
