As the country's first developer-curated expo, the three-day event held an immersive property showcase. It offered a host of services for home buyers dedicated to home seekers who are starting to explore or already searching for a home, but require assistance when taking the first steps in the process of acquisition.

Held from June 20 to 22, 2025, at Park Avenue in Bridgetowne, Pasig City, the expo venue housed thoughtfully curated experiences, exclusive offers, and expert insights to help home seekers find not just any space, but their "forever" home.

"We really want to make it as easy as possible for people to buy homes. We are taking it one step further and simplify the entire process of buying a condo or house and lot. Actually, this is the best time to buy," said John Richard "Chad" Sotelo, senior vice-president and Business Unit general manager at RLC Residences.
