Filipinos’ satisfaction with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. stayed nearly unchanged in the last quarter of 2025, with 40 percent satisfied, 43 percent dissatisfied, and 17 percent undecided, the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey released on Tuesday, Feb. 3 showed.

The Fourth Quarter 2025 survey, conducted from Nov. 24 to 30 with 1,200 adults nationwide, recorded a net satisfaction rating of -3 (percentage of satisfied minus percentage of dissatisfied), which SWS classifies as “neutral” (+9 to -9).

The SWS terminology for net satisfaction ratings is as follows:

+70 and above, “excellent”; +50 to +69, “very good”; +30 to +49, “good”; +10 to +29, “moderate”; +9 to -9, “neutral”; -10 to -29, “poor”; -30 to -49, “bad”; -50 to -69, “very bad”; and -70 and below, “execrable.”

SWS noted that President Marcos’ latest net rating was a slight improvement from neutral -5 in September 2025, after a steep decline from moderate +10 in June 2025.
