Marcos laments little progress in sea dispute

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has bid farewell to Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian, expressing regret that little progress had been made on the South China Sea dispute during his tenure.

Marcos, however, said despite that, they were able to manage to keep things away from too much problem.

The President made the statement during the Chinese envoy's farewell call in Malacañang on Thursday morning, Sept. 25.
