Gun-for-hire slain in clash

An alleged gun-for hire and drug pusher was killed in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Sumilang here on Thursday afternoon, Aug. 21.
Quezon police director Police Col. Romulo Albacea identified the suspect as Kenneth de Guzman Buñales.
Buñales' companion was also killed in the encounter. He remains unidentified as of presstime.
