While celebrating its resurgence, DZMM also honors the return of two iconic voices in Philippine radio: Noli de Castro and Charo Santos.
DZMM's “Kabayan,” the flagship public affairs program of veteran journalist Noli de Castro, now airs in its new weekday time slot from 10 am to 11 am, while “MMK sa DZMM,” the radio drama series adapted from the highly popular “MMK” on TV, returns on air during weekdays from 12:30 pm to 1 pm.
Media Serbisyo Production Corporation President Marah Faner-Capuyan expressed her enthusiasm over the return of DZMM, one of the most trusted AM radio stations, to the airwaves.
“Tayo ay natutuwa dahil ang isa sa mga pinagkakatiwalaang AM radio station sa Metro Manila ay magbabalik na,” said Marah.
“We are bringing back a legacy of service, information, and entertainment. Nasa puso na ‘yan ng bawat Kapamilya,” added Charo.
