Discaya flood control project in Zamboanga City put on hold

A flood control project being implemented by Alpha Omega General Contractor and Development Corp. owned by controversial couple Pacifico and Sara Discaya here was placed on hold after the construction company's license was revoked.
Phase 1 of the project in Lacaste Ville, Barangay Pasonanca has been completed. A seventy-two percent completion rate was reported for Phase 2 and 57 percent for Phase 3. The project under Phase 2 is worth P95 million and Phase 3 is P143 milli
