Damosa Land bets big on Samal

Floirendoled Damosa Land Inc. expects to generate ₱1.2 billion in total sales from its TRYP by Wyndham Samal project, a four-star condotel rising in the island garden city of Samal in 2028.
The project, Damosa Land's latest venture with PHINMA Microtel Hotels Inc., will feature about 100 rooms with prices ranging from ₱10 million to ₱20 million per unit.
It will cater to the midand luxury markets and is slated for completion by 2027 or 2028, just in time for the completion of Davao-Samal Bridge, which is expected to increase access to Samal Island by tourists.
Damosa Land said TRYP by Wyndham Samal introduces the first globally recognized hotel brand to Samal Island-set to become the next big tourist destination in the Philippines.
