Bizarre scene has woman emerging from a Makati City storm drain

Residents of Salcedo Village, Barangay Bel-Air, Makati City, were stunned on Monday, May 26, when a woman street dweller emerged from a storm drain at the corner of VA Rufino and Adelantado Street.

Passerby William Roberts, who witnessed the unusual scene, shared photos of the incident on his Instagram account.

He said he was on his way back home when he saw a human head slowly emerging from the storm drain, and climbing on to the gutter and road, prompting him to pull out his camera and take photos of her.
