All systems go for Baseco Hospital's opening—Mayor Isko
Manila Bulletin
|September 5, 2025
Manila City Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso said the Pres. Corazon C. Aquino General Hospital or Baseco Hospital will open on Friday, Sept. 5, as part of the city government's expanded efforts in boosting the city's healthcare capabilities.
The three-story, 50-bed capacity hospital located in Baseco Compound, was finished three months earlier than the originally scheduled opening date of December this year, despite construction delays under the previous administration.
The hospital has a fully operational emergency room, digital x-ray equipment, and a centralized oxygen supply line.
It also features a community-inclusive outpatient department, radiology department, laboratory and central diagnostics department, dietary department, 24/7 maternity department, and surgery and internal medicine department.
