From wonder to rebellion, Bang Pineda shows streetwear as more than clothing
What does one do when given a clean slate?
For fashion designer Bang Pineda, known for his disruptive streetwear aesthetics, it's a chance to reset. His recent fashion show, "State of Bang," held last October 2025 at Tower One and Exchange Plaza in Makati City, was an interpretation of his own creative process. “It has been my home for the past years. It’s very beautiful and also easy to put up something, like a blank canvas you can create a lot on it.”
A focused palette, textile choices, and distinct construction details make up the collection’s three stages of self-discovery—beginning with openness, moving through exploration, and ending with a clear, grounded sense of direction and identity.
