21 Sablayan PDLs seek executive clemency

Twenty-one Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) at the Sablayan Prison and Penal Farm (SPPF) in Occidental Mindoro have asked President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to grant them executive clemency.

The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) said the 21 PDLs were declared qualified for executive clemency after undergoing investigation and interviews at the SPPF last May 20.

Their names were not disclosed by the BuCor.
