A STREET was submerged in water after flood alerts were issued across Greater Manchester.

Residents of Peel Green Road, Salford, say water encroached into their homes and their cars were damaged.
One resident said she is watching her son attempt to move her car while she is on holiday in Turkey.
She said: "I've had to phone my son to see if he could get someone to help him move my car.
