legislatures and politicians at most had failed to live to "create legislation that provides for loss of citizenship".

The undertaking by whites in the recent departure connotes the awry uphold of the constitutional provision as regards the principle of co-existence by either white or blacks. It shows also that the diversion by whites is a creature of a circumstance not covered by the constitution. What this means is that, diaspora by their historical Biblical Old Testament and New Testament experiences, occurred due to irregularities of laws creating hardship to the captured Jews and Christians respectively, when Babylon had staged captivity on the Jews and when Christians were persecuted for their allegiance to the God of Israel. Odium therefor characterizes diaspora.
