Founded more than two decades ago by Canadian entrepreneur Kevin Fleming, who followed the Nicaraguan woman he loved back to her homeland, Grupo Mariana began as a story of both land and heart. What started as a personal journey of belonging has evolved from traditional resort development into what Fleming now calls Impact Real Estate. Spanning 923 acres along a full mile of swimmable Pacific beachfront, Playa Mariana is Central America's first community built entirely on this principle.
