Lives are being saved thanks to defibrillators

LIVES have been saved thanks to quick action by people using defibrillators in Llanelli.
The equipment, which has been installed by Llanelli Town Council at Crown Park and the Selwyn Samuel Centre, was used recently to save two people, councillors were told in a report.
Llanelli Town Council is now set to expand its defibrillator provision further, improving the chances of survival for those suffering a cardiac arrest or heart attack.
