A FATHER and son from Liverpool have become the first contestants to win the full £10,000 jackpot on game show The Hit List.

More than 250 pairs of contestants have attempted to win the top prize on the BBC One show, but it is now only in series eight, which launched last night, that the jackpot has been won.
The Hit List sees contestants listen to excerpts of music, and they then have to name the song and the artist who sang it.
