Jackie Rutter’s daughter-in-law Jemma Rixon earlier addressed the court from the witness box during the hearing, saying in an emotional statement: “She had a heart of gold and loved everybody. Jackie didn't have a bad bone in her body. She will not be defined by what's happened to her. Instead, she will be remembered as the beautiful mother and grandmother she was.
