Time to get serious about 20mph roads

ELIZABETH Goodall, known as Liz, was killed on a Liverpool road last week. May her memory always be a blessing. The carnage on our roads continues in 2026.
There is a very simple way to immediately, significantly reduce the number of people killed and seriously injured on our roads.
Make the default speed limit 20mph (and enforce it).
Here is my evidence for why this should be implemented as soon as possible.
