Some parents unaware of sudden closure

PARENTS and pupils arrived at LIPA School, not knowing that it had hastily shut its doors for the foreseeable future.

In a message sent on Thursday evening to parents of pupils at the school, Jane Holmes, director of education at School Improvement Liverpool, explained that due to “unforeseen circumstances” both sites of the LIPA School need to close with immediate effect and will remain closed for the rest of this term.
