JAMES TARKOWSKI has told his Everton teammates not to let the defeat to Newcastle United define their season.
The Blues were unable to follow up on their 1-0 victory against Manchester United against the Magpies at Hill Dickinson Stadium on Saturday evening.
Malick Thiaw headed the Magpies in front with just 55 seconds on the clock for the Premier League's quickest goal of the season.
Goals from Lewis Miley and Nick Woltemade then followed before Thiaw got his second of the game just before the hour-mark.
