Robbie's gig at Olympia on day new album is released

ROBBIE Williams has announced an intimate gig in Liverpool as part of a special run of shows to celebrate the release of his new album, BRITPOP.

The 51-year-old’s 13th studio album will be released on February 6.

The iconic singer will perform at the Liverpool Olympia (pictured) on the day the album is released, which has been billed as a “once in a lifetime event” for fans.

The show at the venue, on West Derby Road, is part of the Long 90's Tour, which will see Robbie take to the stage at a number of intimate gigs around the UK.

In addition to the Liverpool show, the Angels hitmaker will play at the Barrowlands Ballroom in Glasgow on February 4, the O2 Academy Brixton on February 8 and the Civic Hall in Wolverhampton on February 9. The Long 90’s tour will see Robbie play his debut album, Life Thru A Lens, and his upcoming album, BRITPOP, in full.
