ACCRINGTON Stanley manager John Doolan said Everton youngster Isaac Heath is “exciting everyone” after the winger scored his first league goal.

The 20-year-old kept his composure to slot in Stanley's third in a 4-0 win over Swindon Town on Saturday.

It was the latest landmark moment for the Blues loanee, who has made an immediate impression on his first spell away from the club.

After the win, Doolan said: "[He is] Quality... he's learning all the time. He's another one that's at the other end of the scale to Paddy [Madden, who scored a hat-trick in the game], he's just learning his trade, he's come out on his first loan, he's excited everyone in all of the games he's played.

"He's going to have a little dip every now and again, but when he does put in performances like that, when he picks his head up and picks people out unselfishly he's got that quality to do that, which is great."
