SON SPENT PROCEEDS ON ROLEX, DESIGNER GEAR & BIKES

- By WESLEY HOLMES

A FATHER and son formed a joint enterprise in the illegal supply of Class A drugs.

Jamie Seiga, 33, pictured, used the Encrochat handle DustCherry - which he shared with his dad to organise, buy and sell cocaine and heroin on a commercial scale.

The dad-of-three was referred to as "Casper" on the encrypted communications platform, which was taken down by international law enforcement in 2020. Following this, communications between DustCherry regarding the importation and onward supply of heroin, cocaine and cannabis were discovered.

At Liverpool Crown Court yesterday, prosecutor Geoff Whelan said: "The defendant accepts that he was a part of a class A conspiracy involving both cocaine and heroin. However, as regards his role... he was subservient to his father who he accepts played a leading role in the conspiracy.
