BEEFY FOCUSED ON GETTING FIT NOT RETIREMENT
LIAM SMITH has revealed he hasn’t officially retired from boxing and is working to get himself back fit.
Smith was dropped and beaten by Aaron McKenna as he made his long-awaited return to the ring back in April.
The 37-year-old was fighting for the first time since he was stopped by Chris Eubank Jr at the AO Arena in Manchester in September 2023.
But he was second best at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and he was dropped in the final round on his way to a points defeat.
