Dad whose son left school after being bullied 'threatened with fines' for absence
Liverpool Echo

THE dad of a teenager who says he was chased out of school by bullies has now claimed he has been 'threatened with fines' because his son has been absent from classes.
Wojciech Krysinski, 13, was told by a doctor the situation at school "poses a serious risk to his mental health" and was advised to find alternative schooling.
The advice came after reports the schoolboy, from Bootle, had been the victim of a string of "unprovoked" hate crimes and racial abuse incidents by other pupils at Maricourt Catholic High School in Maghull, which the ECHO first reported last week.
Wojciech's dad Karol Krysinski contacted the ECHO after he found "horrifying videos" on his son's phone. He said the footage showed him being "abused, threatened, and blackmailed."
Merseyside Police confirmed it's investigating the matter after receiving reports of hate crime and assault of a schoolboy at a school in Maghull. Maricourt High School previously said the safety and care of its children is a "priority" and a "robust" set of behaviour policies and procedures is in place.
