Charged with causing dad's death in crash

A MAN has been charged after a dad-of-two was killed on his way home from work.

Paul Cunliffe, 40, was riding home on his bike when he was involved in a crash with a white Ford Transit van on Sherdley Road, near to Peterlee Close in St Helens on Monday, December 4, 2023.
He was taken to hospital but sadly died of his injuries.
