'Best' brunch bar hit with zero rating for hygiene

BAM BOO SAY THE RATING RELATED TO 'STRUCTURAL ISSUES' IN THE BASEMENT
A POPULAR Bold Street brunch spot which is preparing to launch a second site on Lark Lane has been hit by a damning food hygiene rating.
Bam Boo opened in 2023 as a brunch and cocktail venue which fans declared to be 'the best in Liverpool.'
The venue recently announced plans to open a second venue in the south end of the city on Lark Lane, with work under way to transform the site. However, an inspection carried out by environmental health officers earlier this year determined 'urgent improvement' was necessary at the Bold Street site, and it was given a zero score.
