CHEIKA URGES TIGERS TO NULLIFY BATH'S THREAT AND QUIETEN THE CROWD

'We'll have to perform at our best to topple league leaders'

MICHAEL Cheika has warned his Leicester Tigers players they will have to perform at their very best when they face Gallagher Premiership leaders Bath at The Rec tomorrow night (5.30pm).

Bath have already secured a gome semi-final in the play-offs, and Tigers are hoping to do the same with just two matches left.

The battle of the No.10s will be on the highlights of tomorrow's clash, with South African Handré Pollard and Scotland’s Finn Russell having faced off for both club and country over a number of years.

Like their clubs, the pair sit first and second for points scorers in the current campaign, with only 14 points separating them after 16 rounds of Premiership action.

Russell is top with 148 and Pollard, who scored 19 points in last week's win over Sale Sharks, is narrowly behind with 134 points.
