COMMUNITY arts programme OUTSIDE is bringing The Longest Yarn 2: Britain at War wool art exhibition to the Staffordshire Moorlands next month.

Visitors can see the extraordinary display of knitted and crocheted wartime scenes at Great Wood Community Hall in Tean from 1st to 30th December.
The touring exhibition of handcrafted textile art tells the story of Britain during World War II, from the declaration of war on 3rd September 1939 to VE Day on 8th May 1945.
